The Acting Director of the Institute of Virology, Vaccines and Sera “Torlak”, Prof. Dr. Darija Kisić, spoke with the Deputy Director of the Chinese company BGI Group for Europe, Jiang Xiwen, about opportunities for cooperation and projects that can be realized together in the coming period.
Prof. Dr. Kisić pointed out that the relations between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of China are at an extremely high, friendly level, which is a force behind the strengthening and deepening of cooperation between these two countries in all fields, especially in the field of science, drug production and diagnostics in medicine.
Acting director of “Torlak” Institute prof. Dr. Darija Kisić thanked her colleagues from China for their selfless help during the COVID-19 pandemic and expressed her belief that the future cooperation between the Institute and the Chinese company BGI Group will be based on the exchange of knowledge, technologies and good practices.
