Acting Director of the Institute of Virology, Vaccines and Sera “Torlak” prof. Dr. Darija Kisić is participating in the 3rd International Workshop on Rapid Response to Urgent Epidemiological Emergency Situations, which is being held from October 1 to 4 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Federation.
More than 150 professionals representing disease control and prevention services, health organizations, scientific institutions from 30 countries will have the opportunity to exchange experiences in the field of response in emergency situations, consider and study different models of formation and organization of rapid response teams, as well as develop skills of practical interactions of mobile laboratory specialists for a joint response in case of infectious disease outbreaks.
