The following analyses can be performed at the expense of the Republic Health Insurance Fund (RHIF):
Neutralization test for Coxsackie B (Coxsackie B) virus |
Detection of antibodies to numerous viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites – ELISA |
Determination of IgG virus-specific antibody avidity (Rubella, CMV, Toxoplasma gondii) |
Confirmatory test for hepatitis C – Western blot |
Indirect immunofluorescence test for hemorrhagic fever viruses (Hantaviruses) |
For patients residing within the territory of the city of Belgrade: a referral for laboratory testing issued by the chosen physician is necessary.
For patients residing outside the territory of the city of Belgrade: in addition to the referral for laboratory testing issued by the chosen physician, it is necessary to provide an Assessment from the first-instance commission confirming the agreement to conduct the requested analyses at “Torlak” Institute.
If the patient does not have a medical referral, all analyses can be conducted at their personal request (with payment).
Patients at their health centers in the territory of the city of Belgrade can perform analyses from the wide range of diagnostic services offered by “Torlak” Institute, both on referral and on personal request. Contact your chosen physician for more information.

Neutralization test for Coxsackie B virus
The microneutralization test for enteroviruses is intended to determine the presence of type-specific (for Coxsackie B viruses) virus-neutralizing antibodies to enteroviruses in the sera of subjects/patients. “Torlak” Institute is the only institution in the country that performs this analysis.
