Liobif®, a dietary product with a 55-year tradition, is intended for all ages and contributes to overall health improvement. It stimulates the immune system, enhances nutrient absorption, synthesizes vitamins, and eliminates toxins. It is highly effective in the prevention and treatment of intestinal infections. It does not contain gluten.
Liobif®, available in ampules and tablets, contains a strain of live bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosus LB-64, whose identification and characterization were performed in the reference laboratory for microorganism identification NCIMB in Scotland.
Production strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus LB-64:
- Represents a natural human (autochthonous) strain isolated from the digestive tract of healthy infants.
- It has been confirmed as non-toxic, non-pathogenic, and harmless.
- Survives well in the acidic environment of the stomach.

Liobif® is a probiotic preparation whose entire production, from bacterial culture multiplication to product finalization, takes place in the Lactopreparation Production Department at the Torlak Institute.
The Liobif® product ampoule contains pure lyophilized L. rhamnosus, without the addition of preservatives, additives, or flavorings. The dark glass ampoule provides protection from light and moisture.
Liobif®, with its specific properties tested in vitro, as well as through findings from clinical studies and years of use without adverse effects, meets the criteria necessary to be applied as a dietary supplement from the first day of life, including premature and full-term babies, for early gut colonization and formation of the functional immune system.
The probiotic preparation Liobif® is manufactured in accordance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles.
